These Terms of Service govern your use of the services provided by Fencing Pro Corp ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our services, you agree to these terms.

Services

Fencing Pro Corp provides professional fencing coaching, program development, and consulting services. Services are provided on an as-agreed basis between Fencing Pro Corp and clients, clubs, or organizations.

Communications

By providing your contact information, you agree to receive communications from us related to your services, including email, phone calls, and text messages. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your activity and service needs.

Payment

Payment terms are established on a per-engagement basis. All fees are due as agreed upon at the start of services. Late payments may result in suspension of services.

Cancellation

Either party may terminate services with reasonable notice. Cancellation policies for individual sessions or programs will be communicated at the time of enrollment.

Assumption of Risk

Fencing is a physical sport that carries inherent risks of injury. Participants acknowledge these risks and agree to participate voluntarily. Fencing Pro Corp maintains appropriate safety standards but is not liable for injuries that occur during normal training activities.

Intellectual Property

All training materials, curricula, and methodologies developed by Fencing Pro Corp remain our intellectual property and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Fencing Pro Corp's liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific services in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut.
